Counselling Online

BACP Accredited Counsellor & Psychotherapist
Hello, I’m Paul Madden. I provide confidential online counselling for adults across the UK and English-speaking clients worldwide, including expats living abroad. I support people with anxiety, stress, grief, burnout, relationship difficulties, identity issues, and life transitions.
With over 20 years’ experience across counselling, hospice care, bereavement support, sexual health services, and LGBT+ support, I offer a calm, experienced, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel genuinely heard.
